It's outrageous. We've been coming to this casino for years, and today the security guard randomly and for no reason didn't let a colleague in.I'd like the owner to review the footage so he could see what happened himself... and then say he was wrong and that now he could come in.Often, you have to be careful who puts himself in charge of security... because they get into the role and what happens, happens.This casino lost...They must have too many customers, and that's their right.As I said, be careful with the security guard.

APPARENTLY THE OWNERS PASS THE CASINO AND ARE GOING TO SEE IF THEY WILL CLOSE IT. THEY CLOSE WHEN THEY ARE REQUESTED. IN MY CASE I GOT DOWN BY TAXI FROM THE SANTIAGO HOTEL SO THAT THE DOOR WAS CLOSED AND I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY SET TIMETABLES IF THEY DON'T USE THEM BUT GOOD TO HAVE KNOWN I DON'T SPEND 30 EUROS ON A TAXI FOR NOTHING SO THEY WOULD NOT EVEN OPEN THE DOOR FOR ME ON A SUNDAY AT 3:45 SO IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE IT, CLOSE IT BUT DON'T MISS THE CUSTOMERS
